2023 Dinner & Prizegiving

A lovely evening was had by all at our 2023 Dinner & Prizegiving, held in Ralph & Finns restaurant, Glasgow on Friday 3rd March.

During the evening we were delighted to present well know Clyde sailor Clive Reeves with the Ian J. Scott award in recognition of his contribution to Scottish sailing as CYCA Cruising & Moorings conveyor, RYA Coastwatcher, past Commodore and current Rear Commodore of the CCC. Thanks to our members generosity we also raised £500 for Clives chosen charity, the RNLI

Prizewinners for their achievements on the water included:

Stravaiger award: Andy Peden, Stealthy for winning there class in the world famous Round the Island Race
Best Performance by a Corinthian in the Round Mull Race: Alison Chadwick, Hot Toddy
Best Performance by a Corinthian in West Highland Yachting Week: Alastair Pugh, Marisca
